Shipping Policy

We ship mainly with USPS priority or first class mail. Large, bulky and heavy items may ship UPS or FedEx. Orders are processed seven days per week, and shipped usually within 24 hours of payment. We also offer store pickup (pay online to have your order gathered or pay in the store after putting your own order together) and curbside pickup just call (530) 889-2390.
Local delivery is also an option for palletized and large media orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are a 100 percent satisfaction guaranteed company. If there is any problem with your order from the Quail Mountain Ranch, Inc. estore, please contact us and let us know. We will do our best to make sure you receive your order promptly, the items were as described, and they arrived at your address safely. If you would like to return a purchase for any reason, we will happily refund your purchase as soon as the returned item arrives. You are responsible for return shipping.
